PROBLEM

In order to address usability across the NOLS website, each department had to understand the users and target audience of the website. Assumptions were made within the organization about the target audience, however, there was no clear understanding across school departments of the needs, goals, behaviors, traits, and attitudes of the users.

DEVELOPING PROTO-PERSONAS

STEP 1

NOLS has four pillars and in order to provide the ultimate user experience each department would need to gain a better understanding of the users.
